There's no fine print! However, please read our return policy carefully. If you have any questions or need assistance please contact us at: customerservice@campcookingpro.com
We offer a return period of 30 days
from date of receipt of your order. Please read the return instructions
carefully as the policy may vary depending on you reasons for if returning
a product.
Camp Cooking Pro reserves the right to
evaluate product return conditions and assess restocking fees at its own
discretion.
Our goal is to ensure you are completely
satisfied with your product.
Step 1 - Review Our Return Policy
Returns will be refunded or replaced as follows:
1. Defective upon Shipment:
We will provide credit for cost of item(s) or replacement. Defective
product must be in original factory carton with all original packing material.
(See note above.)
We will cover shipping costs at a standard rate. Please confirm with
Camp Cooking Pro prior to shipping an item for return.
2. Refused Delivery:
Credit for cost of item(s)
minus 15% restocking fee.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Accepted Delivery:
Credit for cost of
item(s) minus 15%-100% restocking fee. This fee may include the restocking
costs from the original manufacturer and is not determined by Camp Cooking Pro.

Returns will not be replaced or refunded if the following apply:
1. Damage or Missing Parts
If the item has been damaged through use or originally included parts missing from
returned item. (If the package has been damaged in shipping then contact Camp Cooking Pro for a Request Return Authorization number as all our products are insured through our shipping agent.)
2. RRA # Missing
If you have not contacted Camp Cooking Pro for a "Request Return" number you will not be provided with a refund or replacement.
3. Special Order
Special order items may not be returned.
4. 30 day limit on returns
If you have not contacted Camp Cooking Pro within 30 days for receiving
your order your money will not refunded.
Step 2 Contact Camp Cooking Pro
Please e-mail: customerservice@campcookingpro.com
and put "Request Return" in the
subject line.
Camp Cooking Pro will provide you with
a Request Return Authorization number (RRA). RRA numbers are required for all
returns. RRA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, and must
be obtained within 30 days of the shipping date.
Returned products must be complete that
means the return package must include all original parts be in the original
packaging so the product can be resold if appropriate. Special Order items may not
be returned.
Step 3 Review Return Process and Ship
Check that you have completed all the required
steps prior to shipping your item back to Camp Cooking Pro.
The Return Request Authorization
number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT
WRITE ON THE CARTON.
Servicing and Repairs
Units requiring
service either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the
appropriate manufacturer.
Camp Cooking Pro reserves the right to evaluate
product return conditions and assess restocking fees at its own discretion.
